Women in Wealth Management Summit returns to Toronto

In-person event to provide insights on supporting women’s financial resilience, breaking past barriers to industry leadership, and more

Women in Wealth Management Summit returns to Toronto

Now on its sixth year, Wealth Professional’s Women in Wealth Summit – an event to engage women and allies in insightful, informative and industry-shaping conversations – is coming back to its in-person roots.

On December 5, advisors, wealth managers, thought leaders and influencers will come together to engage in riveting dialogue to unpack continuing topics of concern for women in the space.

The 6th Annual Women in Wealth Management Summit, titled “Strategies to Empower Women in Wealth – No Woman Left Behind,” is happening at the historic and glamourous Carlu in Toronto, promising a one-of-a-kind opportunity to immerse in authentic, thought-sparking dialogue and actionable takeaways.

The panel conversations will cover a host of topics from developing advice to meet women’s unique needs across their lifetimes (spoiler alert: it’s not just financial), insights to achieve work-life balance and navigate the traditionally male-dominated path to leadership, expert takes on tech and more.

Diana Oddi, Director of Marketing, Communications and Practice Management at Mandeville Private Client, will be taking on the role of Chair of the Women in Wealth Management Summit.

“I am happy to witness [the summit’s] growth and impact on the wealth management industry,” she says. “This summit embodies a cause dear to me—ensuring that every woman in our industry is included, heard, and empowered. It's about building a supportive and inclusive community that paves the way for every woman's success.

“As we transition to an in-person event this year, I believe this shift will offer a level of engagement and depth that has been hard to achieve virtually,” she adds. “The unique dynamics of face-to-face interaction will provide attendees with the ability to network in real time, engage in spontaneous discussions, hear from industry thought leaders, and build meaningful connections.”

The 6th Annual Women in Wealth Summit is proudly supported by Edward Jones, Nicola Wealth, Raymond James, Worldsource Wealth Management, Sun Life Global Investments, Desjardins Financial Security Independent Network, National Bank Independent Network, and PwC.

The event has been approved for 3.25 CE credits by the Institute for Advanced Financial Education and FP Canada. Those interested to attend may visit the event website for more information.
