There has been a lot of speculation over the years that T-Mobile and Sprint could get together to form a business to rival AT&T and Verizon. Now it looks like it’s going to happen. Subject to further talks and the usual administration, Sprint would acquire T-mobile for $40 per share in a $32 billion deal that could be done this summer.
