Firm introduces new funds and series, updates risk rating for one strategy

BMO Investments Inc., the manager of BMO Mutual Funds, recently announced the launch of new funds and series, as well as a risk rating reduction for BMO World Bond Fund.
The following new funds have been launched by BMOII, with the series listed below (subject to securities regulatory approval):

The risk rating of BMO World Bond Fund was also decreased to a low rating, from medium to low, on May 27, 2022.
This fund's investment objectives, strategies, or management have not changed as a result of the new risk rating.
This risk rating reduction is based on the Canadian Securities Administrators' standardized risk categorization methodology and a yearly evaluation by BMOII to determine the risk level of its publicly traded mutual funds.
