Darren Ryan is a Certified Financial Planner and co-owner of Ryco Financial, a family-founded financial planning firm based in St. John’s, NL. Since entering the profession in 2011, Darren has built his practice around a straightforward principle: clients’ best interests must always come first.
Known for his work ethic, trustworthiness and empathetic approach, Darren takes the time to understand each client’s circumstances, priorities and aspirations before offering advice. He believes lasting advisory relationships are earned through honest conversations, thoughtful planning and consistently doing what is right—even when the best solution is not the easiest one.
Darren is an MDRT Top of the Table qualifier, a member of CALU and President of the Advocis Newfoundland and Labrador Chapter. His industry recognition includes being named one of Wealth Professional Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 and a Wealth Professional 5-Star Advisor. He holds an MBA, as well as the CFP and CLU designations.
