The push for growth at Richardson Wealth continues with a new addition to the its leadership team.

RF Capital, Richardson Wealth’s parent company, has announced Natalie Bisset has joined the firm as its new senior vice president and head of Corporate Development.

In the newly created role, Bisset will be expected to spearhead the firm’s recruitment initiatives, as well as pave the way for strategic partnerships. A tried-and-tested leader with over 15 years’ experience, Bisset’s career has spanned multiple spheres including wealth management, private equity, business development, and stakeholder relations.

“Her appointment will supercharge our recruiting objectives and lays the groundwork for pursuing partnerships and acquisitions of like-minded firms,” Kapoor added. “Ms. Bisset is a results-driven professional with a proven track record of helping fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic organizations build innovative business development and value-creation strategies.”

During the last six years, she held progressive roles at BMO including director, Innovation and Strategic Initiatives and senior partner, Business Acquisition in Private Wealth. Among other things, Bisset took charge of acquiring wealth management practices and creating growth opportunities for the firm.

Bisset holds an MBA from Ivey School of Business, and currently sits on the Executive Committee for the Ivey Alumni Network Board of Directors. She’s also actively engaged in community activities such as mentoring young entrepreneurs, supporting various social impact organizations, and championing initiatives to enhance women’s wellness, education, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
