RioCan may sell US portfolio

Canadian real estate firm RioCan is considering offloading its US property portfolio according to CBC. The company said Friday it was reviewing its operations south of the border due to difficulty in growing the business there. The strong US dollar could mean a healthy profit for RioCan if it were to sell in the current climate.
