Canada, Mexico will continue trade deal even without US

If the United States decides to abandon NAFTA Canada and Mexico would continue with a trade deal according to Mexican economy minister Ildefonso Guajardo.

Speaking at an event Thursday, Guajardo said the NAFTA deal would continue to regulate trade between Mexico and Canada even without the US.

The second round of NAFTA talks begin Friday in Mexico City and President Trump says if the agreement doesn't work for America he will consider scrapping it.
