The Greek government and the EU are close to finalizing the agreement which will see a third bailout for the debt-ridden country. Analysts highlight that there are still details to be agreed and that hurdles have yet to be overcome. The Greek parliament needs to vote on the latest details of the deal; that should pass without delay; then other Eurozone parliaments need to say yes which may not be as straightforward.
