Blackberry was given a boost Tuesday as Morgan Stanley upgraded the Ontario smartphone and software firm. Analyst James Faucette’s note highlighted Blackberry’s cash reserves and its ability to further cut costs. The firm’s sluggish recovery has led to a drop of 34 per cent in its stock value but Morgan Stanley’s positive note saw a gain of more than 6 per cent.
