Fengate Asset Management (Fengate) recently announced significant changes in its leadership team for the firm's real estate business.

The announcement, made on Global Newswire, highlighted three key appointments.

Jaime McKenna has been named President of Fengate Real Estate. Since joining the company in 2019, McKenna's leadership has driven considerable growth in Fengate Real Estate’s investments, developments, and asset management.

Alison Kimmell joins as the managing director of development and portfolio management and real estate. Previously with Hines Toronto, Kimmell led the development of the CIBC Square, a prominent 3 million-square-foot office complex in Toronto. Her role at Fengate will involve leading the execution and oversight of the firm’s land and development strategy.

Colin Catherwood has been appointed managing director of investments and real estate. Catherwood, who previously held senior roles at Graywood, Welltower, and Brookfield Financial, will now lead Fengate's real estate investment team, focusing on strategic growth opportunities in North America.

Lou Serafini Jr., president, and chief executive officer of Fengate, praised McKenna’s contributions, highlighting her role in the growth of Fengate Real Estate. He expressed optimism for the continued momentum and excellence with the new senior appointments.

Kimmell’s experience at Hines Toronto included overseeing significant projects like the CIBC Square and managing key aspects like tenant leasing and capital raising. Catherwood's experience spans various investment leadership roles, contributing to his expertise in managing real estate investments across North America.
