Hiring intentions of Canadian businesses are the lowest since 2009 according to a Manpower survey

Hiring intentions of Canadian businesses are the lowest since 2009 according to a Manpower survey. Hiring is still outweighing those businesses that intend to reduce their workforce, but only by 6 percentage points. On the bright side, there is expectation of more full-time roles being created following a period of growth in part-time.
