Pembroke unveils all-cap Canadian equity fund

Firm expands offering for accredited investors with sector-agnostic equity strategy focused on high-quality growth companies

Pembroke unveils all-cap Canadian equity fund

Pembroke Management, an employee-owned firm that providers investment and wealth management services and solutions to families, foundations, and institutions, has added the Pembroke Canadian All Cap Equity Fund to its suite of offerings.

"The Fund differentiates itself from the S&P/TSX Composite Index, its benchmark, and the competition, by leveraging Pembroke's sector research platform and our expertise in growth equities over the past 50 years," said Nicolas Chevalier, portfolio manager and partner.

Offered exclusively to accredited investors as a pooled fund and a segregated fund, the Canadian All Cap Fund invests in 25 to 35 companies with a market cap exceeding $3 billion. Using a sector-agnostic, bottom-up approach, it constructs a portfolio with individual stocks capped at 7% and sectors capped at 30%.

"The Fund is comprised of high-quality growth companies whose management's interests are aligned with those of investors, a key element of the Pembroke approach," Chevalier added.

The Pembroke Canadian All Cap Pooled Fund joins other funds in Pembrokes lineup of offerings. Those include the International Growth Fund, the Corporate Bond Fund and the Canadian Balanced Fund, each of which has a five-star rating from Morningstar.

"With this fund, Pembroke continues to expand its offering to provide increasingly comprehensive wealth management solutions,” said Pembroke CEO Ian Aitken. “This is another step in the ongoing expansion of our advisory services and product range."
