Dialogue, Canada's leading virtual care and wellness platform, has teamed up with myHSA, an employee benefits platform distributed through advisors, managing general agents, general underwriters, third party administrators, and insurance providers.

Under the partnership, advisers are now able to provide organizations with the entire Dialogue Integrated Health Platform through a simple unified application.

"myHSA is very excited to provide Dialogue's Integrated Health Platform to our advisor partners across Canada to offer small businesses the complete suite of virtual health and wellness options," said Tim Kane, CEO & Founder of myHSA.

"Virtual health care is an essential part of health for Canadians, making medical care from rural to urban areas accessible 24/7, 365 days a year. By partnering with Dialogue, myHSA is able to bring mental health, primary care, employee assistance and wellness programs to employees in one easy to use platform right from the myHSA app, giving them the power and choice over their health and wellness," he added.

The partnership also allows plan members to access crucial support from experts and resources through Dialogue's services, which include:

  • Primary care services from nurses, nurse practitioners, and doctors;
  • Mental Health+, a service that encompasses self-led internet-based cognitive behavioural therapy (iCBT) or support from mental health practitioners;
  • An employee assistance program with services around stress and wellness, work and career, legal and financial concerns, and parenting assistance;
  • A new wellness program to cultivate healthy habits that can help prevent physical and mental health issues

Dr. Marc Robin, Medical Director at Dialogue, says that having access to a variety of treatments in one location promotes a healthier lifestyle overall, decreases the obstacles to care, and lessens the stigma associated with consultation, particularly for mental health.

“Increasing access to healthcare and wellness services is essential to help members improve their well-being and reach their personalized wellness goals by supporting the adoption of day-to-day healthy habits that help prevent chronic diseases,” Robin says.

Dialogue’s programs provide a convenient digital experience that help drive high engagement and positive health outcomes for group plan members at organizations.
