Croesus has announced the appointment of Yanie Bernier as vice-president, Talent, Culture, and Employee Experience.

In this role, Bernier will focus on strategic directions to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance.

Bernier, a certified CHRP professional, brings over two decades of experience in human resource management, having worked as a facilitator and strategic ally for various organizations.

She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and is known for her leadership and ability to turn ideas into projects. She joined Croesus in 2019.
