Tough times for Quebec

Time to get serious in Quebec. Newly elected Liberal politician Philippe Couillard  has announced cuts to social programs in a bid to get the province's finances together. The warning was stark: Tough times are ahead. Though, like Tim Hudak in Ontario, he promises more jobs and a better economy once the cuts are made.
