Holloway Lodging has sold its Canadian Travelodge franchise business for $21 million.
Holloway Lodging has sold its Canadian Travelodge franchise business for $21 million. It acquired the business as part of Royal Host last year but did not view it as a core business asset. The sale will allow Holloway to pay down around $6.4 million of the loan it took out to buy Royal Host.
