Commodity ETFs provide a cost and time efficient way for investors to get commodities exposure without having to go through the lengthy process of stock-picking. However, among these group of ETFs, there are still some choices to be made. The purpose of this list is to show the nature of the top exchange-traded funds with commodity as its asset class focus. Although some funds have high net asset values or assets under management, they still underperform in terms of returns.

A few funds mentioned share the same top holdings and some even have the same fund managers. With this information, advisors and investors will be able to see how commodity ETFs have performed in the past and will therefore be able to better predict how they will perform moving forward.
