The company goes by a 3-step formula for success:

  • Choose a role model
  • Get that role model’s recipe for success
  • Emulate that role model – do everything they did

It is no secret that one of Mandeville’s role models is investor and philanthropist Warren Buffett. Guided by Buffett’s own investing philosophies, Mandeville has created a framework for investing. This 10-point framework identifies the qualities that wealth-generating companies must possess.
