The Toronto Stock Exchange has kicked off the week with gains as prices for oil and copper rebound and the loonie strengthens against the greenback. Around the world there were gains in many Asian markers, boosted by higher Wall Street stocks on Friday. In Europe Greek debt has subdued the markets with a war of words dominating the headlines.
