With oil prices 18 per cent lower than a month ago, one analyst is calling for gasoline to hit $2 in the US by Thanksgiving. Tom Kloza of the Oil Price Information Service told CNN that even if oil rebounds to $45 he expects a $2 gallon at 60 per cent of US stations in the fall. The extra savings for drivers is predicted to give the economy a boost, especially retailers as holiday spending ramps up.
