Albertan farmers are struggling with crops after a dry spring and some are considering the future for their livestock. CBC says that producers are faced with limited grass on their land and high prices for alternative feed. The high cost of cattle is making selling out a better option for some. However Alberta Beef Producers says that farmers should hang in there and find cheaper ways to feed cattle or risk losing income next year.
