Canadian banks not ready for mobile says report

Mobile banking is fast becoming a requirement of consumers but a report released Thursday says that Canada’s major banks may not be ready to meet those needs

Mobile banking is fast becoming a requirement of consumers but a report released Thursday says that Canada’s major banks may not be ready to meet those needs. CenturyLink’s survey of 50 high level financial services executives found that 46 per cent did not think they had the necessary infrastructure and IT solutions to deliver mobile payments to the level customers expect.
