Canada’s western provinces saw a drop in demand for existing homes in the first month of this year, as the country parses through the latest salse statistics.

Canada’s Western provinces saw a drop in demand for existing homes in the first month of this year according to data from the Canadian Real Estate Association. Nationally sales fell by 3.1 per cent from December and 60 per cent of markets saw some decline but the drops were greater in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
