    In my practice, I used a "cheat sheet" that was a one pager in which I listed all of the questions (and answers) that a consumer SHOULD know before signing a cheque. It covered fees (with a breakdown of the various ways in which to pay) and included trustee fees. And it was fully discussed and signed (with a copy to the client) before I put in an order for any client. I operated on do unto others as you would want done to you, and it worked for 30 years.
