A judge has ordered a financial advisor to produce his personal accounting information as part of a lawsuit over the alleged mismanagement of $700,000.

    I'd think that 'Mudalier' would want to provide the requested documentation in order to clear his name; and substantiate his argument the lawsuit is a case of harassment.

    Reminds me of the Shakespeare Quote: - "Methinks thou dost protest too much".
