​TSX rebounds after yesterday’s three-week low

Tuesday has seen better results for the Toronto Stock Exchange as energy and industrial sectors bounced back.

Tuesday has seen better results for the Toronto Stock Exchange as energy and industrial sectors bounced back. Air Canada and WestJet both saw gains along with Canadian Pacific Railway and Canadian National Railway. In the energy sector RMP and MEG both increased value while Lightstream Resources continued its losing streak of 46 per cent over the past week.

The S&P TSX Composite Index closed down 5.24 (0.04 per cent)

The NYSE closed higher.

Oil is trending higher.

Gold is slightly lower.

The loonie is up against the US dollar.
