The housing market is expected to moderate this year but broadly in line with rest of the economy according to the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation. The agency is predicting that this year compared to last will see a 1 per cent decline in housing starts, 1.5 per cent rise in prices and no growth in MLS sales.
