Conquest Planning Inc. (Conquest), a technology platform that modernizes financial planning, announced today a partnership with Desjardins Financial Security Investments, one of Canada's leading mutual fund dealers.

This collaboration makes Conquest's AI-powered financial planning platform available to nearly 1,400 independent advisors across the Desjardins Financial Security Independent Network (DFSIN), Desjardins Financial Security Investments (DFSI), and SFL Wealth Management distribution networks throughout Canada.

Conquest's platform features the Strategic Advice Manager (SAM), an AI-driven tool that helps advisors deliver personalized financial advice.

SAM uses a proprietary algorithm to analyze client-specific data and recommend ranked, prioritized strategies tailored to individual financial situations.

Designed for interactive use, SAM provides clear, easy-to-understand recommendations showing the potential impact of each financial decision on clients' goals and overall plans.

André Langlois, senior vice-president, Independent Network, Sales, and Distribution at Desjardins Financial Security, highlighted the benefits of the partnership: “As one of Canada's leaders in independent distribution, we strive to provide value-added services to advisors by offering powerful tools that empower them to act in the best interest of their clients. Conquest’s client-driven solution is poised to help our advisors foster collaborative client relationships. Its interactive features enable the end client to engage with their finances in a meaningful way and see progress to their plan in real time.”

Conquest’s platform is designed to adapt to clients’ evolving life circumstances, goals, priorities, and risk tolerances. It enables advisors to offer 'smart' advice directly to clients by simplifying the user interface and incorporating in-context financial literacy information.

Brad Joudrie, chief revenue officer at Conquest, expressed “Improving the financial wellbeing of retail investors and high-net-worth families alike is Conquest’s raison d'être. We believe that all individuals need to better understand their financial lives.

“And through partnerships with organizations like Desjardins that share a similar mindset and values, we’re able to empower consumers to achieve their financial goals, while confidently navigating life's twists and turns,” he continued.
