    My initial thought was: Has the bank been given preferential treatment by Fintrac?

    However, perhaps this portion of Darren Gibb's comment: “We are exercising our discretion' makes sense and protects the public.

    QUESTION: If the bank's name was made public, could the 'publicity' affect the value of the bank's stock? If yes, would it be positive or negative effect? And to what extent?

    Taken in that context, perhaps Fintrac made a wise decision. What is your opinion?
