    I wonder which government agency or regulator awarded licenses with a provision for these real estate sales people to solicit business in foreign jurisdictions? Surely Canadians have had it with self-serving opportunists who would sell out the next generation of Canadians for a new Cadillac. Fortunately, Canada looks to be heading toward the same foreign ownership regulation enjoyed by other countries.
