Employee reveals how he was routinely humiliated by boss when he made mistakes
  • Murray Schultz | 13 May 2016, 10:12 AM Agree 0
The simple truth is that, no matter how militaristic the "culture", if your company and/or direct supervisor takes action to purposely defraud its customers, corporate colleagues or the general public, you always have the option to find a healthier situation, and should exercise it. The very next question is: are you prepared to discuss the matter with regulatory authorities before the company brands you an "unhappy problem employee"...
To pretend these people didn't know exactly what they were doing, is to further defraud the public - formal training or not.
